For independent mortgage brokers and lenders

RateSignal is ours. So is the infrastructure it runs on.

RateSignal is our own company, watching mortgage rates in production for people who close loans. The infrastructure underneath it is what we sell: a private AI that answers the after-hours inquiry and works the files that have gone quiet. The records it keeps stay on hardware you own, in your office. Nobody rents your book of business back to you.

01The appliance

The hardware is the size of a shoebox. It sits in your office, and what your borrowers tell it stays there.

Your customers and your team reach a machine in your building. What it learns about your business stays there.
02What it runs

What a custom setup runs for a lending practice like yours.

Tuesday's referral does not sign somewhere else by Wednesday.

The referral gets answered the hour it arrives, whether it comes by call, email, or web chat. The questions get handled and the meeting lands on your calendar while the lead is still warm. If a call slips past, the borrower gets a text back within seconds.

The partners who send you business never forget you exist.

Referral relationships are the book, and they decay in silence. The people who send you borrowers hear from you on a rhythm, in your voice, before a competitor's follow-up beats yours.

Every file that needs attention today, on one list by morning.

No deal stalls because nobody noticed. The applications and deals that need a touch today are assembled into one morning list — with every lead, conversation, and application visible in one place underneath.

Drafts ready for compliance review, and nothing goes out on its own.

Client emails and campaigns arrive drafted in your voice, for your review before anything is sent. You decide what the system handles on its own, what it drafts for approval, and what always waits for a person.

The most sensitive information your clients ever hand anyone does this work on a single-tenant appliance under your own roof — your data, your book, your hardware — instead of renting AI that holds your client records in someone else's account.

04Inspect the work

RateSignal, the site that sent you here, is our own product for mortgage professionals — a Monster Metrics company running on Primare infrastructure, in production now. We did not write a brochure about what we could build for lenders. We built one, put our name on it, and operate it.

Go back and inspect it; that is the standard we build to.

05Write to us

Before you book a call, write three lines.

We operate every deployment ourselves, which keeps our roster short and our answers honest — starting with whether you should be on it at all. Tell us three things:

  1. What you originate and where borrowers come from — referral partners, past clients, bought leads, your own name.
  2. What happens today when a borrower texts back at nine at night — the one who finally answered your quote, on the night rates moved.
  3. Where a file's follow-up lives when you are heads-down closing — who touches the pre-approval that went quiet three weeks ago, and when.

Three lines will do. A principal reads it — not an SDR, not an inbox rule — and you get one of three replies: questions, a scheduled call, or a straight no with the reason. If we are not a fit, we will say so and tell you why.

Read personally. Answered plainly.

If your follow-up already runs without you, keep it. This is for originators whose pipeline depends on the one person who is also busiest at exactly the moment a borrower says yes.
