Does it work without the internet?
The appliance keeps running the local AI work. Phones, texts, email, and calendar need the network, the same as they do today. We document exactly what continues for your deployment before you sign.
What happens when it gets an answer wrong?
You set the rules: approved answers, actions that always need a human yes, and when a conversation goes to a person. Every conversation is logged and reviewable, so a wrong answer is something you can find, show us, and have fixed.
What do I own?
The hardware, your data, and the House Model built around your business. Your data comes back to you in a portable format rather than being held as leverage. The phones, texting, scheduling, and our maintenance are services, and services end when a contract ends. We map which parts of your operation lean on which layer before you sign.
Who maintains the hardware?
We do, under your maintenance contract: monitoring, updates, tuning, and fixes, over an authenticated, logged remote connection you can revoke. When a better open model releases, it drops into the same machine as part of the service.
What does it cost?
An engagement has a one-time hardware investment, a setup phase, and a monthly service. There is no per-use meter on the appliance; local inference does not bill by the word. Every cost category and every recurring fee is mapped in your proposal before you sign.
